TraceIt
Turn a photo you own into traceable line art and a hand-embroidery transfer preview, then adjust it on a local canvas and print at 10x15 cm, A4, or Letter.
What the app does
Line art from your own photo
Pick one photo and get a clean line drawing you can trace, generated by the AI service with the credits you hold.
Hand-embroidery transfer preview
See the same drawing as a transfer preview intended for hand embroidery, before you commit it to fabric.
Local canvas with lock and restore
Keep adjusting the result on your device. Lock the canvas so it does not shift while you work, and restore it when an edit goes wrong.
Three print sizes
Lay the drawing out for 10x15 cm, A4, or Letter so the printed sheet matches the size you actually need.
Line art only, by design
TraceIt does not pick stitches, suggest DMC or other thread numbers, or build a cross-stitch grid chart.
What is free, and what you pay for
TraceIt is free to download and starts with a small number of credits so you can try a real generation. Every AI line-art generation uses credits, so AI use is always limited to the credits on your device or in the pack you bought. Credit packs and a weekly subscription that includes a set number of credits each cycle are available in the app. Local Pro is a separate one-time unlock for multiple saved projects, and it never adds AI credits. The current project's three print sizes and PDF output stay free. There is no unlimited or lifetime AI plan.
Use only photos you took yourself or have permission to use. Do not submit photos of celebrities or other public figures, and do not use TraceIt to create an edit that could mislead someone about a real person or event.
Trace your first photo
