Introduction
The Sky Bringup, LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the TraceIt mobile application (the "App"). This policy explains what data the current App processes, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Device-linked and signed-in accounts
The App can start with a device-linked account without requiring sign-in. Credits, service limits, and purchase verification use the current app account and associated identifiers. Where account sign-in is available, records may also be linked to the signed-in account and the account information you provide. If you contact support, we also process the information you send us.
Photos and generated line art
- Selected photo: You choose one photo from your camera or photo library. It is prepared on your device, and a reduced-size copy is sent to The Sky Bringup AI service so the line art can be generated. The App does not upload your photo library.
- Generated result: The returned line art and transfer preview are stored on your device with the project. Canvas edits, locking, restoring, layout, and printing all happen locally.
- What a photo can contain: Photos can show faces, locations, and other personal details. Submit only photos you took yourself or have permission to use, and do not submit photos of celebrities or other public figures. Do not submit anything you do not want processed for the generation.
Other data we process
- Stable device identifier: An identifier generated for your installation supports device-linked use, credit balances, usage limits, purchase reconciliation, fraud prevention, and first-party analytics. It is not your Apple ID. Service records can also be associated with your app account where sign-in is available.
- Account information: If you use an available sign-in option, account identifiers and information provided through that option associate your service records with the signed-in account.
- Product interactions: Screen views, feature events, and paywall actions help us operate and improve the App.
- Purchase records: Product identifiers and App Store transaction records are processed to verify credit packs, the weekly subscription, and Local Pro, and to credit your balance. We do not receive your payment card or bank details.
- Diagnostics: Technical records may include request status, timestamps, latency, app version, device or session identifiers, IP address, user agent, and error details.
Device permissions and local storage
- Camera: Used only when you choose to take a photo for a new project.
- Photo Library: Used only when you choose an existing photo for a project.
- Local storage: Projects, canvas state, and generated results are stored on your device. Deleting a project or uninstalling the App removes that local copy according to iOS behavior.
How we use data
- Generate the line art and transfer preview you requested
- Track and apply your remaining AI credits
- Provide purchase access and restore eligible purchases
- Apply service limits and protect the service from abuse
- Measure product reliability and improve the user experience
- Investigate errors, security events, and support requests
We do not sell your photos or generated results, and we do not use collected data for cross-company advertising tracking.
Service providers
- The Sky Bringup AI service: Authenticates requests, applies credit and service limits, routes AI requests, verifies purchases, and records operational diagnostics.
- External AI routing and model services: The Sky Bringup AI service sends the reduced-size photo and necessary request context to configured external services to generate line art. Processing and retention depend on the services and effective settings used for the request.
- Apple: Provides the App Store, purchase processing, and subscription management. See Apple Privacy Policy.
Retention and security
Content you submit for an AI request is transmitted over HTTPS and processed to return that result. Your local projects and records remain on your device until you remove them. Operational records, credit balances, and purchase reconciliation data are retained only as long as needed for service, security, legal, and support purposes, subject to the applicable provider policies. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we use access controls and transport encryption appropriate to this data flow.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit a photo for AI generation, delete local projects, or uninstall the App. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data. See Account Deletion or contact us at the address below. We may need limited information from you to locate and verify records associated with your app account or device-linked identifier.
Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the App, its providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
